- Write your feelings from past, every single details, try to name the emotions, box out your behaviours, the attempts that didn’t work, attempts which made you slightly happy, write , everything single detail, and instead your phone / laptop use pen and paper. Buy a simple cute notebook because having cute notebook actually do the work. Here are few recomendations;
- Discuss:
- Discuss your patterns and behaviours with your closed ones, friend / family / colleague just anyone who is willing to land an ear to you! If no one is around, use ChatGPT voice bot but use your voice to say out loud.
- Unfollow Trend:
- I know it is tempting to be inspired from people doing things you can just dream about and we do get influenced to do what they do but not every one is same and not everything works for everyone and in this race of trends the real value and concern never gets addressed. Don’t try to copy paste someone else’s roadmap when they clearly had never worn your shoes.
- List your skills and interest:
- List down the each skill and interest you have, be it cooking, singing, walking, talking anything. Anything which remotely makes you feel you are a natuiral to. Go as vague as possible here. What you like why you like it, what does it make you feel.

- Now pick each skill one day mark it on you planner or calender and use it in any way possible. For example, your skill is you can just talk to anyone without feeling shy then on that one day talk to a sales personnel. Use each and every skill mentioned on that list and by the time you will cover all, you will be feeling a lot more motivated and better about yourself.
