5 Tools For Low Efforts Days

The most challenging part having low energies in some days is managing your emotions through out. Life doesn’t wait, resposibilities won’t wait, your work won’t wait for you to recover, it goes on and you can not stop everything just because the energy is low; so having tools and processes for days like that, which can help you at least go through the day, could be a lot helpful then you can think.

Here are the most essential and simple tools which can help you achieve just that;

  1. A bottle with personality: Now that seems too basic but hear me out, the most simple task impacts the most, drinking enough water does a lot then you think and sure, anyone can say drink more water but what about that motivation in low days when it is absolutly essential?
    Here comes a water bottle with personality, which suits you, your vibe, your personality. which you would definetly reach out and have it by your side. Here are a few recommendations;
  2. Yoga Mat: Doing excercise would be the last thing you would wanna do on those days but streching your body will calm your nerv like anything. Just lay out the mat and sit on it and breathe, let your body flow however you like. Here are a few options to pick from;
  3. Bath salt / Epsom salt; Having hot bath followed by a quick cold shower is another way to reduce that feeling of tiredness, it rechargees your body and help you go about the day a little better. If it is possible use the salt in your hot bath, if there is no hot tub use it with a simple bucket full of warm water and let you body feel the warmth in slow showerring process. Trust me you will feel a lot better after this.
  4. Dark Chocolate: You should always have a good dark chocolate with you. Dark chacolate releseases happy harmones and puts you in better mood. make sure it’s not added suger and atleast 50% dark chocolate.
  5. Magnesium Glycinate before bed: This is something you can confirm with your doctor first and use it before bed. it helps you sleep better. On days with low energy your mind races in all directions possible and megnesium can help you put that at ease.

These are just a few things from my lifst but I believe few thing may or may not work for you but coming from one hustler to another, these work for me. Do explore and spend some time with yourself to understand what works best for you.
